Khayoumi has served as a prosecuting attorney in Albuquerque, Lovington, and Hobbs, New Mexico. Mr. Khayoumi has also served as trial counsel for a medical malpractice defense firm defending local medical doctors and doctors of osteopathic medicine against plaintiff medical malpractice civil suits. Khayoumi also serves a pro bono attorney for the US Central Authority for the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
