Highest recommendation!
Maria and her staff worked tirelessly for me in my case for years, never giving in! They are thorough, professional, and determined! Maria thinks outside the box for solutions and she is very skilled in her profession which brings results. I give my highest recommendation to Maria and her staff.
Thank-you for the kind words Kimberly. It is our goal to go above and beyond for all of our clients. It is never an easy process but it is why I opened my practice. As a RN nurse, I have been in the room and seen the damage caused by the negligence of medical professionals. Thank-you for your recommendation.

Maria exceeded my expectations
After contacting a half-dozen of law firms, in which I discussed the synopsis of my wife’s case, Maria was the only one who agreed to setup a follow-up appointment for a face-to-face assessment of the circumstances. My intention was to ensure the doctor who caused my wife’s death, did not get off ...

Thankful !!
Maria and her staff have been so wonderful during the nursing home lawsuit for my mom. Because of her knowledge on the many aspects of neglect that occur, I could rest assured that Maria was taking care of things while I was taking care of mom. Mom did pass away during this time, so having a caring ...

Destroyed our case
we gave Miss Warmington $2000 to retain her. She sat on our case for 10 1/2 months without doing a thing. Six weeks prior to the statute of limitations running out she finally found an expert witness for us after many, many repeated requests from both my wife and I. This expert witness was false in e...
Wormington & Bollinger strives to provide peace and closure to our clients who have been hurt by the negligence of the medical community. After another attorney’s office declined representation, we agreed to explore your claim under a very special situation. The contract we entered into was to obtain the records and opinion of a qualified expert. If the expert was favorable to a claim, and if you wanted to pursue that claim a new contract would be discussed. In the roughly 8 months the case was at our firm we obtained and organized the medical records, photographs, and radiology studies. We located and sent the records to a qualified expert who was not favorable to a negligence claim. You agreed in the contract to cover the cost of the records and expert and paid a retainer of $2000.00 to get the process started. The cost to Wormington & Bollinger to manage your claim to that point exceeded the $2000.00 and this firm has absorbed the difference. I am sorry that you were unable to find the peace and closure you were seeking.
