My husband and I hired Jonathan to update our Will and Trust, as we moved to Prescott Valley from Oregon. This is a third marriage for both of us, so it made it quite complicated.
Jonathan was easy to work with, and responsive to our needs through the process.
I noticed right away that he had an easy-going, friendly manner, that most lawyers do not have.
He made us feel like we were talking to an old friend, and showed an interest in our personal lives.
I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for this type of attorney.

My wife and I have been working with Johnathan to prepare an estate plan/Trust/Wills. Johnathan's work is extremely thorough. The documents he provided us are just what we needed. When I had some questions about certain provisions (sometimes legal language can be a bit confusing to me), Johnathan was able to immediately explain those provisions in lay terms that made sense. In addition to the documents we requested, Johnathan provided us with useful information about how to 'fund' our Trust ourselves in order to save some money. However, he did let us know that he would be able to assist us if necessary. Johnathan is a very personable person. Easy to talk to and he makes you feel comfortable discussing legal matters. I would recommend you contact Johnathan for any of your Estate/Trust/Will needs.

As the trustee of a deceased relative's Trust, I had some questions regarding a real estate matter. Jonathan was recommended to me by one of the other attorneys in his firm, and before I had a chance to contact him, Jonathan called me directly. Within a few minutes, he had satisfactorily answered all my questions as well as allaying my concerns and giving me advice on how to proceed. He was very cordial and professional, and assured me that he would be available to assist me further should the need arise. I would definitely recommend his services. Having used the services of one of the other attorneys in his firm as well , I have been very pleased with Boyle, Pecharich, et al.
