Dana has been terrific in helping our small group prepare our Articles of Incorporation and 501(c)3 request. She has been very patient with our questions. She answered not just what we asked, but also posed questions to make us think deeper about why we were asking. In addition, Dana was able to explain things to us in a way that we understood. Her knowledge and guidance has been instrumental in making our first year a success.
I highly recommend Dana for your business legal needs.

I have been working with Dana for the past two years on two zoning cases. In working with her I found Dana had a excellent command of the law and quickly grasped my objectives in the two cases. I found her very easy to work with and was very timely in turning my work around . I would not hesitate in recommending her in the future to anyone .
Patricia Boomsma, Land use and zoning Attorney
Relationship: Supervised lawyer
Dana Kjellgren is a smart, hard-working, and ethical attorney, and I am proud to endorse her. Dana worked for me at the City of Flagstaff's City Attorney's Office during the six years I was the City's Attorney. She was invaluable in providing her insight and skill to a variety of projects and areas of municipal law, including affordable housing, land use, zoning, contracts, open meeting law, elections, and pretty much any area of municipal law. Her ethical standards are very high, and she kept all of us focused on the big picture context of the individual legal issues we addressed. She was particularly helpful to me in the areas of a technology-based law practice and in providing historical context to issues in Flagstaff of which I was unaware. She was often the voice of reason in some highly charged situations.
