I was found not guilty.
Janet Altschuler was my lawyer in a DV assault and disorderly conduct case. She told me not to just take the plea. We had a trial and she really fought for me. I was found NOT GUILTY.

poor lawyer
She is rude and did nothing to help my fiancé she is what you call a starving lawyer. She cant get any cases but court appointed she is not a good lawyer at all. She just sits there like she don't know what to do. She has a personal relationship with the prosecutor and she doesn't defend worth crap. ...
This comment is not from a client. It is from someone who doesn't know how to spell or use spell checker. No one wins 100% of the time-especially criminal defense lawyers. My case got dismissed!!

Janet is an awesome lawyer
I had serious felony charges. I spoke to almost every lawyer in town. I hired Janet because it felt like she wasn't beating around the bush. I'm glad I did. She worked hard and the charges were dismissed.
