My work has been featured in media outlets as diverse as the Wall Street Journal, The Main Antique Digest and the Oprah Winfrey Show. I Specialize in helping individuals dealing with the insurance industry or other claims involving complex litigation. I have over 25 years litigation experience. For the first 10 years of my practice, I worked almost exclusively for the industry. The last 15 years I have primarily represented individuals in claims involving personal injury, fire losses, wildfire losses, storm claims and a variety of other property damage claims.
In addition to being an attorney, I am also a licensed insurance adjuster through the state of Arizona. I've been retained as an expert on various insurance claims and have taught and written extensively on insurance related issues.
I represent people. My motto, "A Lawyer for the People" means you do not have to face the insurance industry alone. Our office can level the playing field and make sure your voice is heard.
Hourly ($250-375/hour), contingent (30-40%)

I endorse Joseph for his work not only in personal injury and insurance bad faith cases because of his integrity and passion, but also, Joseph has helped to establish probate law precedent in Arizona regarding the rights of purchasers of artwork from estate sales. Working with Joe is a great decision.
