After husband was downsized from his job for the 3rd time in 10 years and I was sick and could not work, it became clear that if we wanted to keep our home, bankruptcy had to be considered. Not just considering the legalities as written, but also with an understanding of the predilections of the trustees involved. We ended up filing a different chapter then I figured we would. We got just as much handholding as we needed through the process, and I'm pleased to say, we are now discharged and rebuilding our lives, in our home, our retirement intact, my hubby with a shiny new MBA and his own business. I'm only sad he can't help my sister because, well, she lives in Florida.

Mr. Trezza is highly professional from start to finish he took the worry out of the whole process of bankruptcy. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. His services are not cheap, but they were well worth it. After I put in the required footwork of gathering paperwork and paying his fees, the proc...ess was almost entirely hands off until the day came for the trustee hearing. All I had to do then was wait, which made me nervous until I started to notice that the people who had gone first in my time slot usually had problems with their paperwork or had not hired an attorney and almost always ended up needing more paperwork or having their tax returns seized from them. At the end of the time slot I was called up and Mr. Trezza came with me, I was asked a few questions and that was the end of it. I got a letter in the mail about a month later saying I was debt free and everything was taken care of and nobody ever threatened my tax returns! I can't recommend Mr. Trezza enough!
