I hired Matt Foley to help me with my Bankruptcy. He is very friendly up front, and assures you that he will take care of everything. He failed to advise me on several different issues, and did not complete the paperwork correctly. The result has been a 2 1/2 yr disaster for me that has cost me tho...usands of dollars. Once your case is filed he is next to impossible to get hold of, and when you are able to speak with him, he will not listen, talks over you and tells you he isn't going to waste his time. Very bad experience, and would never recommend this attorney to anyone.
