Mr. Bouman is very professional but personable. He was highly recommended to us by friends and the past 3 years he has been very helpful (and patient) with us. Since he had established our general wills, we sent my in laws to him and he has created a thorough living trust plan for them that they ar...e very satisfied with. We are in the last stages of developing our living trust for our family and are comfortable and pleased with the the way Mr. Bouman has walked us through each step. I have also seen the finished product of my in laws documents and am really impressed with the presentation of documents! I would encourage anyone seeking professional assistance to entrust their needs to Mr. Bouman. We feel safe giving information to him, knowing he is trustworthy and there to aide us in anyway he can. Mr. Bouman was even willing to answer questions I had concerning legal issues when my mom and dad passed away. Tom helped my wife and I with our estate planning several years ago after we had our first child. He made things simple and straightforward to understand. We did a comprehensive estate plan and Tom helped not only get the documents in order but also made sure our accounts, assets, etc. were updated... to complement our estate plan and the wishes we have for our estate. I would highly recommend him to anyone who doesn't want to go it alone creating their own estate plan. I caution the "do-it-yourselfers" to at least get a 2nd opinion and see Tom to make sure they are doing things right.
