Excellent and communicative

Tom has done our trust twice (once was an update). He made excellent suggestions for our situation that we hadn't thought of. He listens well, communicates with us, and has been willing to answer the occasional question over the years without an actual appointment. He has also held our hands when we ...needed help retitling various items. In short, he's great and we highly recommend him.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, personable

Tom was very informative and knowledgeable about the different aspects of wills, living wills, health and fiduciary power of attorneys, etc. I was very comfortable speaking with him and felt very assured that I now have all my documents in order. I would highly recommend him.

Estate Planning Review & Initiation of Living Trust & CRUT

Tom worked with an attorney from one of my charitable organizations involved in setting up a CRUT and our Living Trust. Tom also contacted an expert regarding a specific legal citations identified by the charitable organization's attorney and resolved this issue without further issues.
