Based on a recommendation from a friend, we hired Tom in 2008 to do our Family Revocable Living Trust. Tom explained every step of the process as we worked together on our estate planning documents. He is an extremely knowledgeable lawyer and is able to clearly communicate all of the intricate in's... and out's of this complicated process. My wife and I felt very comfortable making the decisions we had to make during the process, primarily because we were able to understand all that was necessary to decide on the specific content of our documents. Since we established and finalized the original estate planning documents, we have met with Tom on an annual basis to review changes in the law and how they may affect our trust. As administrator/trustee of my mother’s will/trust I looked for an excellent lawyer who charged a fixed fee. Tom has done our trust twice (once was an update). He made excellent suggestions for our situation that we hadn't thought of.
