Mr. Bouman updated and revised the Trust to reflect changes since my husband's death, and my wishes to add one of my sons as trustee. He grasped the situation quickly and handled the changes in an efficient and friendly manner. My wife and I hired Tom to help us put together an estate plan that included a trust, power of attorney, and living will. Over the course of two meetings, Tom took the time to explain to us the intricacies of estate planning, listened to what we wanted to accomplish by establishing these estate d...ocuments, and then put together a draft for us to review. At the final review meeting, we went through every section of the trust and associated documents in detail—and he answered our questions until we were satisfied that we understood the documents and that they met our intended needs.
