Tom Bouman is extremely thorough, very detailed, up front about his pricing, and explains everything in a way the average person can understand. We had him prepare our estate documents and we're extremely happy with everything about the transaction. Since I am now a resident of Arizona, I engaged Tom Bouman to restate all of my legal documents (will, trust, power of attorney, health directive, etc.) to conform to Arizona law. Within 24 hours, Tom sent me a summary of our initial consultation to make sure he understood my existing documents an...d the changes I wanted to make in those documents. Final drafts of my documents were ready for our next meeting. Tom is very thorough - he knows Estate Planning and Trusts inside and out.
