We used the Bouman firm to draw up a trust for us. We only had a will and consulted with Tom on the advisability of a trust. Our needs were a bit complex as we have some foreign assets as well. He helped us through the process, answered our questions slowly, completely and in a way we could fully ...understand. He put together the trust doc, and explained how we had to then add our assets into the trust. We felt we were in the presence of an expert who had done this many times, but also with someone who listened to us very carefully and took our needs and feelings into account.
