Laura took over my double divorce case when my first lawyer left the state. I thought she'd be a bull dog and she was, when we were alone and no one else was around. But when we got to court, I was essentially alone and no one was there to look after my child's best interests. Laura didn't stand up f...or me and my child. The DV aspect of the case was disregarded. I was disregarded. Now I'm stuck with my child in jeopardy and a huge, worthless divorce bill.

Laura was basically a very expensive paper pusher. She was late to meetings and court. I traveled 1300 miles to go to court and for the Judge to say he only had 1 1/2 a half to attempt the mediation. I told Laura that I was feeling rushed and uncomfortable. She agreed but basically shrugged her sho...ulders and did nothing. She barely spent 2 hours with me on that trip. During my time with the judge Laura was unprepared. Communication was sporadic. She never fought for me. She would talk a big strategy to me in conversation but she didn't execute. I wanted someone to protect and fight for me. That didn't happen. I ended up letting her go and using my husbands attorney. Unfortunately this was after spending close to 10k. I would not recommend her practice.

This lawyer is very unprofessional I was going through a custody battle and I needed someone who would defend me. She would not listen to me on what I had to say she obvious does not care about her clients just money. She said she was going to represent me and she gave me one price when I first saw h...er for a consulation. Then the second time I saw her she gave me another price. She told me I could make payments then when I came to her office to make a payment she said she could not represent me because I wouldn't be able to pay her. It made me upset that she cares about money than her clients. She took me for a loop for the consultation fees and the fact that the second time I saw her she didn't even do anything for me but she still wanted her $275 from me. Since she was not going to represent me she could of still gave me my money back. She is the most unprofessional person I ever dealt with and I would not recommended her at all to anyone.

This attorney represented me for over a year in a child custody case. In the end, I felt let down by her poor performance in court, allowing an injust decision by the court by failing to represent my position, or even having my witnesses heard. I felt that this attorney was also unresponsive and cond...escending on many occasions. Big ego.
