I really enjoyed Lynn as a mediator. He kept the atmosphere light & was able to work with both parties to come to an agreement for parenting time & child support. His humor made it easier to transition out of tough conversations that were had, reducing tension/discomfort. He respected my wishes conce...rning discussions I was uncomfortable having with the opposing party and what I was willing to engage in within the same zoom room. He weighed in with an excellent perspective during conversations that weren’t coming to a conclusion with both parties on our own; with his knowledge & insight we were able to come to middle grounds.
