I really enjoyed Lynn as a mediator. He kept the atmosphere light & was able to work with both parties to come to an agreement for parenting time & child support. His humor made it easier to transition out of tough conversations that were had, reducing tension/discomfort. He respected my wishes conce...rning discussions I was uncomfortable having with the opposing party and what I was willing to engage in within the same zoom room. He weighed in with an excellent perspective during conversations that weren’t coming to a conclusion with both parties on our own; with his knowledge & insight we were able to come to middle grounds. Throughout the process he was very encouraging as well. Overall I am grateful for the opportunity Lynn provided us with to resolve our disagreements & move forward without having to go to court.

He did what I hired him to do and more, far as my point of view. Never did I find he was hiding things from me and he was always open and honest about possibilities and reason for directions he was advising. He would explain till I had a good grasp on the things (I was a bit emotional in the first... few visits with him in truth) so I never felt rushed or uninformed. His staff was always very responsive, in a timely matter, and I never felt I wasn't being fully supported by them. Now I want to really state this because when it comes to courts and such, days/weeks are the timelines of things and that's just how the system is and it can be extremely frustrating when we are in valid emotional states that need responses in minutes. So stating that fact I usually got some sort of response to a missed phone call or email within a couple hours from someone at his office. This was greatly appreciated. I interviewed half a dozen attorney's to help me with my Divorce. He was the only one who showed a true 'interest' in me and my issues. The other attorneys I saw, for a consultation, would sit across a big table and take notes in a cheap paper notebook and finally state 'sign here -you need council, it costs this much, and you are entitled to half the 401K' (seriously, every single one focused on 401K for some reason). Lynn on the other hand took me into his office and as we talked he was using multiple monitors on his computer to show me what he was seeing (far as previous court issues my family had had, property values, calculations for child support based off estimated income, and so on). I would recommend without question. Not saying a had a great divorce, but I don't regret his services and I don't think anyone could have gotten me a better resolution then he and his staff did for me.

I had been going through a lot of battles with my ex, even after 7 years of being divorced. I would always try to resolve the issues the cheapest way possible which always ended badly for me. Lynn Myrick was referred to me and at first I was a little intimidated. But Lynn and his staff were so pleasant to work with that I actually looked forward to my appointments at his office. His staff was genuinely interested in me and my well being and Lynn went above and beyond in the legal aspect of the whole case. Because of him we ended up not having to battle it out in court and we won the case. His efficiency was such that all of the retainer I gave him at the beginning wasn't used and I got a refund for the unused portion. I will always be grateful to him and his staff for the way they handled my case.
