College funds and retirement plan protected
Lynn won our case for my children’s 529 college funds and protected my retirement plan. Other lawyers thought it would be almost impossible to win. Perseverance and patients paid off! We are very grateful to Lynn and his very supportive staff. Thank you!

Lynn represented me well.
Lynn, Represented me during a contentious 2 year divorce battle. It involved many hearings and I was always very impressed by Lynn's representation. He is not the cheapest Attorney in town. But, I quickly realized it was money well spent. I would highly recommend Lynn.
This couple was separated longer than they were married. My client is a great father, the mother put him through every hoop in his attempt to see his young son, from parenting time hearings, immediate danger hearing, hearings on enforcing his parenting time, hearings on his taking their young son to see his grandparents out of state, and finally a time consuming costly "custody" evaluation. My client won every time he was in court and finally has a workable parenting plan. Just hoping she doesn't keep up her harassment of him as time goes on. Lynn

Could not of made it through this without Lynn and his team
Lynn and his team have gone above and beyond with my child custody case. It's not always easy being a father and finding a lawyer that will fight for your rights. He knew the steps needed in this case, including requesting a child custody evaluator. Lynn and his team have worked evenings and weekends...
This was a great family with which to work. They did all the legwork and gumshoeing finding the information we needed to convince the other parent to settle essentially, on the courthouse steps. This was high stakes stuff with a small child involved in a two state tug of war. It was complicated but resolved by allowing the child to stay in the loving and protective arms of the father and his Texas family.
