I have retained Mr. Myrick twice for divorce and child custody legalities. I have no other lawyer to compare him to, so, that's why I give a 4-star rating. My particular situation was not much of a fight with the other party, it was just making legal with the court and state to each of our rights a...s parents. I think that Mr. Myrick represented me in a manner that was relative to my situation. During the most recent child custody case he represented me, there was a dispute at one point and he withdrew representation, however, he came back on the case at the end to help me straighten out some wrongful information.

Despite several damaging and untrue accusations by my ex-wife, I eventually was granted sole custody of our three chi...ldren. Mr. Myrick was sensitive to my plight as we went through the legal process and an extremely hardworker once we had put our game plan together. Going into one of the hardest obstacles in my life and knowing I needed an excellent Lawyer to represent me and guide me through this ugly thing we call "divorce" I started my hunt for a lawyer that could navigate what I knew was going to be a very complex case! Well it didn't take long at all becaus...e the moment I met Lynn and his staff I instantly knew they were the team that could get me through this! I went into Lynn's office scared and unclear on how I wanted to approach this and left with a guideline of everything I needed to do all wrapped up in a nice little folder and a smile on my face because for the first time I felt like I was doing the right thing! Not going to Lie, its a lot of work for both you, your Lawyer and his team and sometimes I felt so insufficient in what I was providing them..but Lynn and his staff were always right behind encouraging me! On several occasions I was in that office sobbing like a baby just to be comforted like I was part of a family and leaving with more direction in how to better prepare for my case! They give you all the information you need to help Lynn build a successful case and always have an open door for helping you! They are not magicians however, and you actually play a huge part in the success of your case. The more present you are and willingness to prepare documents and information the better off you are. You must communicate with them! The day of my trial I was so sick to my stomach and shaking with Nerves, but Lynn met me the day before to go over all the questions he was going to ask and prepare me for what my Husbands lawyer would potentially ask and I think he knew I wasn't feeling 100% confident so he asked me back the day of trial just to do a quick re-cap and boost my confidence! And of course every one of his staff was there and each one gave me hugs and words of encouragement. I really can't put into words how I feel about all of them because I know without Lynn and his team the outcome of my divorce and my future would be a lot different! I would HIGHLY recommend Lynn and his staff to my closest friends and family and anybody wanting an amazingly supportive, knowledgable and caring lawyer and staff! I was married to the love of my life and father of my amazing child and never thought I would be getting a divorce but life is unpredictable and threw me a curve ball. God forbid I ever have to go through something like this again..but I now know the best Lawyer around would not bat an eyelash at having Lynn and his team represent me again! But I would definitely bring him several bags of twizzlers! Weird...I'm actually going to miss you guys...Thank you soooooo much for all your hard work!
