The initial consultation was fantastic, we really wanted to hire Andre. We paid in full upfront. He does charge extra if you pay via credit card. After we paid, there was very little communication. He was unresponsive to emails about changes we wanted to make to the trust/will. It wasn't until we a...rrived for signing, did we realize that he never looked at any of the changes we requested. We paid for recording deeds. But he did not file the deeds. Instead we had to file and pay again to record our own deeds. Furthermore, we had to file our own healthcare directives with the state. It seemed like the filing was something his office should have taken care of. Overall, the lack of professionalism was disappointing.

Mr. Pennington was the ONLY lawyer I reached out to that said he would try the simple (informal) probate first and was almost certain he could get it through. If not, we would then go the formal route. He succeeded, as he said was possible, with the informal. The quick turnaround time amazed me (le...ss than 4 weeks).
