The initial consultation was fantastic, we really wanted to hire Andre. We paid in full upfront. He does charge extra if you pay via credit card. After we paid, there was very little communication. He was unresponsive to emails about changes we wanted to make to the trust/will. It wasn't until we a...rrived for signing, did we realize that he never looked at any of the changes we requested. We paid for recording deeds. But he did not file the deeds. Instead we had to file and pay again to record our own deeds. Furthermore, we had to file our own healthcare directives with the state. It seemed like the filing was something his office should have taken care of. Overall, the lack of professionalism was disappointing.

Mr. Pennington explained, handled, and executed my will. His receptionist was very curtious and scheduled my consultation with in days of my call.
