Excellent Attorney

Mr. Garner was, and is, a very Professional Estate Planning Attorney. He was honest and upfront with Us in all our dealings with Him. He explained things clearly and any follow-up was accomplished in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Him for any and all maters.

Trust Review

We attended their seminar and were well informed on the ins and outs of trusts and we learned much that we were unaware of. From the intial consult with Mr. Garner we felt like we were in good hands and that he had our best interests in mind. There was never a feeling of being pressured into someth...ing that we didn't want. He gave us expert information and followed through on the countless steps of preparing the trust. His knowledge of the current laws gave us great confidence in this important aspect of our future. Every member of the staff conducted their expertise area explaining thoroughly, all the while treating us very professionally. Each step of the process was done in a timely manner and was done according to our wishes. We are completely satisfied and grateful for their services. I would highly and eagerly recommend Shawn Garner !

Best in town!

I would definitely recommend Shawn Garner and his office. They are professional and are the best estate planners in Yuma, AZ.
