About me

My legal experience spans nearly two decades.  During that time my practice has evolved into the speciaties of estate planning, business law and asset protection. I have also gained valuable experience representing clients in matters in consumer law, bankruptcy, family and elder law, criminal law, landlord-tenant and litigation.

I began my legal career as a paralegal in 1999. During my time as a paralegal, I worked for both the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and the Arizona Attorney General's Office.  I worked in high volume criminal prosecution and appeals units with both offices assisting the best criminal prosecutors in the State of Arizona and United States with some of the the most complicated cases in the nation.  I assisted on, prepared, filed and litigated cases in every Arizona court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court - Arizona, the United States District Court - Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Following a four year career as a paralegal, my drive and motivation lead me to law school.  I chose Southern Illinois University because I believe a law school with smaller class sizes allows for more student-faculty interaction (rather than a prestigous name with classes so large many students often have no personal interaction with the faculty), and the belief that environment leads to a graduate and attorney who is better prepared to serve his clients.

I was born and raised in southeastern Wisconsin where my parents, who have been happily married for 40+ years, taught me fundamental moral values and a strong, dedicated work ethic. These values have followed me throughout my life, and guide me in my personal and professional life. My passion and work ethic extend beyond the practice of law - I am an avid age-group triathlete and have completed numerous triathlons of all distances; including an Ironman at Madison, Wisconsin in 2007.

I hope to put my experience and dedication to the highest quality standards to work assisting you with whatever has brought you to the decision to consult with and hire an attorney.  You can reach me by calling Geiger Law Offices, PLC today and speak with with me about your legal questions and concerns.  I look forward to hearing from you.
