ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!

As a professional person myself, and someone who had never had any type of legal problems, you can imagine how frightened and embarrassed I was when I was sued by a bank for old credit card debts ( old meaning from over 20 years ago)! I was referred to Cristina Perez and her firm, and I found them... a Godsend!! First of all, Cristina is an extremely knowledgeable and professional attorney. She takes her work seriously, and she treats each client as if they were family members. My cares was somewhat complex, involving at first dealing with the lawsuit, then filing a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.0, followed several years later converting the Chapter 13 into a Chapter 7 when I retired from my job. However, that was not all Cristina and her fabulous legal assistant, Sophia Gonzales did for me. During the 4+ years of my association with Cristina, she helped with an accounting error at my mortgage comoany, repayment of student loans, payment negotiations for state tax repayment, and payong off my vehicle after the bankruptcy discharge. I called and emailed Christina often (sometimes daily) and she always personally replied with an email or phone call, often on weekends or after regular business hours. Cristina's dedication to her clients is amazing and very reasssuring. Others in her staff, including David Wolfe, who helped with tax issues, and Sophia Gonzales, Cristina's legal assistant, were equally helpful and responsive. I always got the sense that they really cared about me and my problems. In summary, If a famil y member or close friend had a financial problem, I would immediately recommend Cristina Perez and her staff. In fact, I have done so several times. They literally saved my sanity with their competent and caring attitudes.

Civil Suit – Billing Dispute

It is quite simple. I hired Cristina Perez as my attorney for a billing dispute that most would consider as impossible to win. Despite the minor doubts in the beginning, only because she was being very candid, hard to fine nowadays, she accepted the challenge. She acted prompt with a tailored appro...ach and was persistent. It’s because of these exact reasons we were able to resolve the issue in my favor. Any other way, who knows what would have happened. Overall, if you’re reading this because you’re seeking an attorney for your matters, you’re in the right spot and that is not by luck my friend. I myself rely heavily on reviews and felt it was only right to pay it forward. It cannot hurt to place a call or make a visit to find out for yourself. HOA Fees Dispute

I went to Cristina Perez Hesano to assist me with a homeowner's fees matter and her because of her bankruptcy experience. I very much appreciated Cristina's professional manner of keeping me updated and handling my issue with the HOA's lawyer. Cristina kept the ball rolling with the other side and w...e were able to reach a satisfactory resolution in a short period of time. If needed, I would seek her advice in the future and absolutely recommend her as an excellent lawyer.

A Bankruptcy Firm that went bankrupt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My case was dropped in Ms Perez's lap when a Bankruptcy Firm went bankrupt.....first came the letter explaining what had happened....then the phone call...followed up with a face to face......I had ALL the copies...she had most.....in short order or the amount of time permitted....the case was over ...Excellent job by the firm.......
