Satisfied Customer

I found myself in a burdensome financial situation, fighting one of the biggest banks in this country. I felt overwhelmed and helpless and knew I needed professional help. I didn’t know what I was doing and my own calls to the bank left me frustrated and wondering what to do, what move do I make,... do I do this or that. I finally figured, hey, I need some help here. I can’t do it anymore. I need somebody with patience for all my questions and confusion and to give me a voice in all this mess. I needed somebody who knows what they are doing and who they’re doing it with. I consulted with Cristina Perez. First of all, she got straight to the point. Not only did I need that, it gave me peace of mind about what I should do. She answered all my questions and patiently explained to me what my options were in a way that I actually understood what was going on. She cut through all the confusion and things started making sense to me so I knew what my options were, what the consequences were if I did this or that. She made all the proper phone calls to the right people. From what I understand, she worked on my situation even late at night to make sure the thing got done and things were moving along. What I like about most Ms. Perez was the patience she showed me. I wasn’t just another person with just another financial problem in these hard times. I wasn’t on an assembly line in her office. She treated me like a person. I always came away from talking to her like she really cared about another person’s life. My life. She treated me with compassion after being bullied around by this big financial institution. She mixed compassion with professionalism and that was a really good combination. So, if you are going through hard times financially, I would really have to tell you to go to Ms. Perez. She doesn’t charge a lot to do what she does either. She helped me and it’s only fair that I tell you about it.

Nothing but the Best!

We have had nothing but the most professional and courteous care through our situation. Cristina and her staff have taken us through our bankruptcy step by step to evaluate, educate, and encourage us through this difficult time. Whenever we had a question, it was answered promptly and gave us peace... of mind. I have referred her with confidence to others and know they will have their questions answered and made to feel as comfortable as possible through this trying time.

Professional, Thorough, and Compassion Service

Lisa and I met Cristina four months prior to our actual filing. Cristina sat with us and, with a soft spoken and directed tone, began to sort through our "spill of fiscal confusion". Throughout our consultation, she reminded us that, as our attorney, she would represent us ethically and responsibly... throughout the entire process. From the filing process, the 341 Meeting of Creditors and the Chapter 7 Discharge, she has been "at the ready" to answer every question or concern we threw at her. She is aggressive, assertive, well-versed, and not afraid to take on new challenges within the scope of the law. She believes in fair and equal representation. Not once through this process did we feel alone or "thrown to the wolves:. I will shout Cristina's name from the mountaintops. She brought back a sense of freedom and ownership to our new financial future. Thanks, Cristina!!!

Review for Cristina Perez

Deciding to file bankruptcy was a very hard decision for me & from the moment I walked into her office, I knew I had made the right choice in choosing Cristina to represent me. She is very professional & knowledgeable + a very compassionate person. I felt that she really truly cared what I was goin...g through. She was very thorough in our initial meeting - determining the type of bankruptcy I would need & then what document requirements & timeframes I would need to be aware of. Through the entire process, I felt that Cristina was in this with me. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond. If I needed an appointment with her, she always made time for me. She kept me informed of every aspect of this bankruptcy from start to finish so there were no surprises. I was probably one of her most difficult clients - not because of the case - it's just me. The day of the hearing, I was a mess! I was very nervous, very emotional & to the point of tears but Cristina stuck by me. Cristina is a fantastic lawyer & a wonderful person.....I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Cristina walked me through my bankruptcy case with respect and grace. I felt very comfortable talking with her. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She explained bankruptcy law and ensured that the process went smoothly. She is a kind and professional lawyer. I really felt th...at she was on my side.
