I graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Management of Information Systems, three weeks before my oldest daughter was born.

Various computer jobs eventually led me and my family to Las Vegas, Nevada, where I began the evening law program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Four long years, and two more beautiful children later, I completed law school.

I passed the bar exam in Nevada, but before having a chance to practice there an excellent job opportunity came up in Chandler, Arizona. (My wife wanted to leave Las Vegas for someplace with four seasons and cooler weather... sorry Honey.)

I moved to Gilbert, and began preparing for the Arizona Bar exam in my spare time. I passed the exam and even achieved the highest score in the state.

With my past experience as a technology consultant, I know how to take a complicated process and explain it in an understandable way. I will listen to your needs and concerns and communicate to you what your options are every step of the way. I pride myself in solving problems – quickly, competently, and as inexpensively as possible. I think that is what most clients want from an Arizona bankruptcy attorney.

Our experience
Last year, I consulted the Neeley Law Firm and we decided to go with his services. Attorney Neeley and his staff are exceptional. I had filed a CHPT 7 for my folks, and at the moment it felt like everything was crumbling to pieces. All of the staff we worked with were very responsive and answered all of our questions. Our world has come back together, and we have recovered. My family feels like this firm has made a huge impact on our lives today. Attorney Neeley is very, very good at his job. Treated Like Family
From the time we walked into the Neeley offices we were treated like family. It is tough to say in writing how my experience was with the Neeley TEAM. The TEAM resolved our issues in what I would consider record time for a law firm. Regarding communication, my calls and e-mails were answered within a day. Even after our case was discharged, the TEAM still takes the time to answer lingering questions. Leaving the best for last, Kenn successfully sued the Federal Government to recover funds that were illegally withheld after my filing. In closing, if you want a firm that will fight for you, hire Kenn and his TEAM.

Excellent Service and always available!
I would hire this firm all over again to represent me! They provided excellent service, support and most of all never made me feel inferior. Kenneth and his staff were just amazing at helping us through our bankruptcy. He patienty answered every question we threw at him. The whole process was smooth and low stress.
