Attorney Goldman requested a copy of my previous attorney's withdrawal letter, an atty. represented me at the ALJ hearing level, it was denied, that atty. withdrew the day after the denial letter was rec'd. I appealed the denial myself because I was unable to get another social security attorney to take my case. Jami Goldman declined to represent me also. Her secretary notified me, explaining that because my previous attorneys withdrawal letter did not include a withdrawal of fees, that left it open for him to possibly receive a percentage of future fees If I were to be approved for SSDS. This information was very helpful as it explained the Why of "I'm sorry but I cannot represent you" responses I received from dozens of attorneys I contacted.

Jami and her staff were always helpful and forthcoming with advice and service moving forward with my Social Security Disability claim.
The outcome was not to my liking, but Jami's representation was flawless. Johnny on the spot for each and every attempt to encourage the Social Security Administration to step up to the responsibility of their guidelines and laws. Good for her efforts, much more responsive than the SS, did I forget the A.

Based on reviews I called Jami Goldman to represent me at the hearing level after my SSDI reconsideration was denied. She wanted me to email her my medical records and this required me scan all of them to my computer( hundreds of pages). After this she informed me that she wouldn't take my case and referred me to a law firm in Phoenix. No help there either. Eventually I found a five star attorney(Andrew Muirhead) on Avvo who met with me and he took my case. There is help out there for those of us that have been turned down. I would recommend finding an attorney who actually meets with you from the beginning.

I contacted Jami to assist me in getting SS Disability, she was unable to do anything for me because too much time had passed.
However, each conversation I had with Jami she was always forthright with me. Never once did I feel my questions were dumb or that she wasn't interested in my case.
I can say that if I ever need an attorney Jami will be the first one that I will call.
If you want a kind, compassionate "Pit Bull" for an attorney call Jami.

I couldn’t have done it without her.

I am an attorney and I choose Jami to represent me based on the excellent reviews she received on this and other websites. She was as knowledgeable, straightforward, sincere and enthusiastic as promised. I received SSD after the first appeal. I would recommend her to anyone seeking excellent counseling this area.

In 2014 I filed for SSD on my own and was turned down, I found Jami just by doing a search for Disability attorneys...She filed the appeal, we went to a hearing and she won my case for me. Whatever she asked me to do I did, and she kept in the loop always, answers all questions and pulls no punches you cannot go wrong with Ms. Goldman. She knows the system and how it works and that is what you need. I would recommend Jamie for any SS or SSD filings, issues or problems.

Jami is awesome! A true patriot, she fought for for me, as I am a 100% P&T disabled OEF and OIF veteran. Until I got her on my claim, I was going nowhere with SSDI. After a year-and-a-half of trying to do it with help from family, it was just denial, after denial. Once Jami took over this year, I got a hearing in August and a favorable decision that day. This would not have been possible without the expertise and representation Jami provides to her clients. Don't hesitate to reach out to her if you're disabled and need help with SSDI, she's the best! Thank you very much Jami!
