Botched Back Surgery

My husband underwent a lower back surgery in an outpatient surgical center in Scottsdale, AZ. Because of the surgeon’s negligence, my husband was left with lifelong complications. We tried many lawyers in Arizona for help And we were refused by all of them. We were told that we just didn’t have a go...od case. Well there were only two weeks left before the statute of limitations for our case was set to expire and somehow we found Dr. Shah. Maybe because he’s both an attorney and a medical doctor, he listened to us and believed in our case and that my husband had been harmed due to negligence. Dr. Shah fought for us for almost four years. He was able to find excellent medical experts to prove my husband was the victim of medical negligence. Finally, the case went to Mediation. This is where I was just so impressed by Dr. Shah and his negotiation skills. He did not back down an inch and was able to explain things to the mediator and make the mediator see our side of the story. The end result was a final settlement that was beyond anything that we had expected. We are so grateful to everything that Dr. Shah did for us. I can not recommend him enough as a Medical malpractice lawyer.

Trucking Accident Case

I was rear ended by a commercial delivery truck driver on the highway coming home from Flagstaff. The problem is that I already had disc problems in the neck and lower back and the truck driver's insurance tried to make it seem that all of my spine injuries were old and not caused by the truck driver...'s negligence. I first went to a lawyer that advertises on billboards and I got the sens after awhile that he was going to accept the insurance company's low ball offer. I fired that attorney and I found Dr. Shah. He reviewed all of my MRIs personally and also got experts who proved that on top of my old disc problems, I had new disc issues that were directly caused by the truck driver rear ending me. Dr. Shah was on point, and aggressive in defending my rights. I ended up getting a settlement that was very generous and that took care of me and my family. Thank you, Dr. Shah!

My Medical Malpractice Heroes

When I was hurt five years ago by the doctors that I trusted at Casa Grande, I did not know who to turn to. I read about Shah and Associates online and made an appointment to speak with the attorneys. I met both Dr. Shah and Kyle Shelton. They listened to my story and showed me compassion. I could te...ll from that first meeting that Dr. Shah, with his medical knowledge, was able to figure out clearly that I had been the victim of malpractice. Over the last four years I have been in constant contact with the lawyers at Shah and Associates. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have spoken to them. The only way I can describe it is that I have felt that I have been treated as if I was family. I have spoken to them on Christmas and talked to them every week. In those four years Dr. Shah and Kyle Shelton have been professional and kind in their dealings with me. More importantly, I have sat in on depositions and in court and have seen them in action. I can tell you that they mean business. Dr. Shah told me, when we first met, that he will only take the cases where doctors have clearly broken a safety rule and where someone has been seriously injured. But when they have that he and Mr. Shelton would relentlessly pursue justice for their clients. They have pursued justice for me and continue to pursue justice for me 100%. I can't recommend them enough. You'd be a fool not to go to them if you have been the victim of malpractice.

Honest and Knowledgeable

Dr. Shah represented me in a serious medical malpractice case that involved a birth injury to my baby. At the first meeting he impressed me with his ability to quickly review the medical records and know exactly where the OB made mistakes. He even challenged the medical expert he hired to think harde...r and longer about certain issues. And the expert came back and agreed with Dr. Shah's analysis! I just don't think that a regular attorney would have the confidence to challenge an expert like that. I also was present for Dr. Shah's deposition of the defense expert. Dr. Shah is very calm and measured but by the end, he had that defense expert squirming. I knew that the case would settle after that deposition. And it did! I truly hope that I never need a medical malpractice attorney again. But if I do, I know that Dr. Shah will be my first choice.

Medical Malpractice

I was the victim of a retained medical device that had to be surgically removed from my body. I was referred to Dr. Shah. He is an amazing lawyer and a great negotiator. He fought for me from day one. And in the final mediation, he was able to get a settlement for me that far exceeded my expectations.... I sat in on the mediation for the whole day and got a chance to see Dr. Shah up close and personal. He was very effective in pushing for more money because he really understood the medicine behind my case. He was really good at negotiating and stayed at it all day to get me a settlement that far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone!
