I had an unfortunate run in with ASU PD to where I was entrapped by a citation that probably wasn't warranted. I suspect the officer was just trying to meet his quota for the month, though I was far too incapacitated to defend myself accordingly. After hunting around the East Valley and meeting w...ith an array of middling & overpriced attorney's, I had almost given up hope. As a college student and prospective graduate student in the coming year, I could not risk some sad sap pettifogger mucking up my future just because I wanted to save a few dollars. After sifting through an array of blah blah bs "law offices of whomever" on the internet, I came across Mr. Kimble's page and decided to roll the dice accordingly After briefly speaking on the phone with Ray, I knew straight away that this was the gun for hire needed to smooth this debacle over. Mr. Kimble brings a hard-nosed East Coast personality to a court system littered with weak willed, obtuse, brown nosing criminal defense attorney's who conduct themselves as if they took a course on Criminal Procedure at Arizona Summit Law School (a for profit hole in the wall law school in DTPHX that no longer exists because of scandal & shyster attorney quality). Ray is a former Police Officer from the streets of North Jersey (some of the roughest areas in the country; of which not even the hardest of characters from West of the 17 would be able to survive in). He came to Phoenix & worked as a prosecutor in Maricopa County. Ray is one of the few attorney's in the valley who has seen it from both sides of the curtain and is certifiable in that regard. Ultimately in my case, despite having a rather difficult prosecutor who gets a kick out of throwing the book @ the young intellectuals of the future, Ray was able to get my legal issues reduced to virtually nothing. I certainly owe him the future of my career. Had this gone any other way, I would have had to seriously reconsider my prospective career outlook and potential. If you are considering anyone else for your legal troubles, in any criminal sense, you're making a grave mistake for the sake of your future. Mr. Kimble is astute, punctual & highly accessible. If I was on death row, this is the attorney I would call.
