There were several steps of the court process before we got to a win! And Derek kept me informed all along the way. I didn't have to go to any of the court hearings or process paperwork until the last court for a final judgement. The options at this point were driving school or plead guilty. Derek ha...d a conflict in his schedule so a different attorney actually came with me to court. I was a little uneasy about it because I hadn't met or talked to the new attorney and wasn't sure if he knew all the details. But David Goldberg came through!
