Lowered DUI charges

The best decision I have ever made was choosing Derek Oliverson as my lawyer for a DUI charges. He made the process easy and simplified, what to me, was a confusing ordeal. Excellent!

I hired Derek for my 2nd DUI offense and not only did he get my charges reduced but also was extremely professional and was always there when I needed him. He was also very kind and considerate. Thank you Derek!

Money well spent.

Derek was great for me and my for my case as a 2 time DUI offender. He was always on time and acted in a professional manner. He knows the logistics of the system in and outside of the coart room. I have his number saved In case of service or advice needed again in the future. I couldn't have found a... better attorney.

Best DUI Attorney

Attorney Derek did an excellent job in my son's DUI case and was able to get his charges reduced. He was very thorough, professional, compassionate and available whenever we called and kept us updated at all times. His entire staff was helpful. I would highly recommend Attorney Oliverson.
