I came to Scott with a very difficult zoning matter that was prompted by my receipt of a citation and summons for a code violation relating to one of my commercial properties in Phoenix, Arizona. Scott worked tirelessly with City staff and elected officials to have the code violation matter dismissed and to obtain the necessary City approvals to allow my tenant to continue their use lawfully. Scott handled the process expertly and made a very difficult situation manageable to me and my tenant.

I highly recommend Scott McCoy. Scott and I started togther and worked sided by side as prosecutors at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. He was far and away one of the the hardest working attorneys I have ever seen.
