Grant Frazier is an excellent attorney

Simply the best

Excellent service

Grant is a highly skilled, discerning, and strategic advocate and advisor.  I was considering a job offer in decentralized finance that implicated various complex employment, executive compensation, management liability, and tax considerations.  Grant expertly analyzed all the pertinent employment, s...ecurities, and corporate governance documents; efficiently highlighted areas of near and long-term potential risk; and proposed workable ways to mitigate risk in proceeding with the contemplated employment.  His client service and responsiveness is truly second to none.  I could not recommend Grant more highly to anyone needing legal counsel.

Highly recommend
