I called this office regarding the wrongful death of my son, which I’ve been told involves elder abuse, theft, and other serious legal matters involving a family member. Speaking about my son’s death is incredibly emotional and difficult for me, which is why I needed someone on the other end who coul...d listen with patience and empathy. Instead, I was met with a secretary or intake person who was incredibly curt, dismissive, and showed no sensitivity whatsoever. She cut me off, didn’t listen properly, and refused to provide an email so I could explain the situation in writing—something I specifically requested because of how difficult it is for me to speak about this over the phone. The lack of basic human decency and compassion was shocking. I’ve spoken to many professionals during this painful process, and this was by far the worst interaction I’ve had. If this is how your staff treats grieving, vulnerable individuals seeking legal help, I sincerely hope you reconsider who you have representing your firm at the front lines.

This person didn't even have the courtesy of giving a potential client a bent ear. He immediately ( after 2 or 3 days ) informed me he did not take post operative infections without any knowledge as to the true nature of the injury. This person is a typical run of the mill character most people think... of when the term lawyer is heard, greedy, Self centered, egotistical matter of fact is always right worthless human. He gives a few lawyers a bad name, and I mean a few because most attorneys are this way, that's why they are so popular with jokes, worthless individuals.
