Professionalism at its Best

Mr. Galbut's firm was referred to us by a mutual business associate/friend. My mother had fallen in the parking lot of a doctors professional center while walking down a handicap ramp. The ramp was in need of repair due to a seperation in the pavement. My mother tripped and fell into the seperat...ion of the pavement which caused her to loose her footing hence resulting in a broken knee cap and femur. This was not the normal type of case that Mr. Galbut's firm handled but he, personally called us to see what he could do and took the our case which showed us immediately his compassion and concern for justice. He then assigned Charles Buri to our case. Mr. Buri had the arduous task of compiling all of the medical, contacting all of the physicians, and dealing with insurance companies as well as organizing and orchestrating all of the elements needed to investigate this case. He never complained, argued or showed any lack of enthusiasm and maintained his high level of professionalism at all times even under some very stressful siutautions. The case lasted 1 1/2 years due to unexpected medical complications and Mr. Buri and the staff at Mr. Galbut's firm were always there for us both in a professional capacity and personnal support. They were our extended family through many "dark days" and we can never thank them enough. I am happy to say we were successful in winning our case but I feel that is because we had professionals that cared for their client and had the endurance and perseverance it takes to succeed.

Great Experience with Martin Galbut

Mr. Martin Galbut handled my case very professionally, effectively and in a timely manner. He was and still is available for advice or help if I need it. Profesional

Helpful and Supportive

Martin Galbut and Michaile Berg represented me on a guarantee lawsuit, which was ultimately settled to the satisfaction of both sides. Martin was great at reassuring me that everything would work out as long as we clearly stated our case and gave things time. Michaile worked more closely with me on... the filing of paperwork and drafting of documents. She was very pleasant to work with, was patient when explaining the nuances of the law and ultimately allowed me to decide the course to take once she provided her opinion, which was based on past experience in similar cases.
