Help in the time of need

Dealing with mounting medical pressures and financial worries from my 87 yr old mother gave me the opportunity to meet and hire Walter Moak and his staff to help me relieve the stress. If it wasn't for the professionalism and expert advice from Mr Moak and his excellent team I don't know if I could ...have survived this ordeal. Mr. Moak gives you his undivided attention throughout the whole experience of filing which ever bankruptcy you seek! He walks you through each process and makes sure you are comfortable with your decision and guides you from beginning to end. I would highly recommend him!

The very best

I have filed chapter 13 in the past this by far was such a better experience filing my chapter 7 and working with Mr Moak and his firm. I can't say enough about them. They were pleasant kind and understanding. Mr Moak was highly involved From start to finish in my case made me fee much more at e...ase. I would suggest Mr Moak for all of your legal needs.

Life's best

Lawyer representation was top of and clear. The counseling sessions online should have been paid for with cost of lawyer fees. The paralegal had me rudely wait 45 min in the lobby. That was the only negative. Tim went above and beyond he was nice and professional.
