Mr Moak and his staff went above and beyond to help us during this hard time. They made us feel safe and helped us every step of the way. They were kind and always available. Mr. Moak knew that I was in a crisis situation financially. I believe he told me untrue information in an effort to get my case. Six months after filing chapter 7 bankruptcy I am facing the exact situation that caused me to file bankruptcy in the first place, losing my home. The attorney for the or...ganization that has a lien on my home told me that bankruptcy would not stop the sale of my home only postpone it. Mr. Moak told me filing bankruptcy would leave the lien attached to my home but stop the sale of it. I would not recommend Walter Moak to anyone. He was vague, condescending, and I do not honestly think he did his due diligence with my case. I mostly talked via email with his paralegal and often wouldn't hear from his office for weeks unless I was doing the follow up. I have learned a valuable lesson by using Walter Moak as an attorney. Next time I need an attorney I will interview three or four no matter my desperation level.
