Such a nice person and fantastic attorney.

Attorney Sanchez handled my daughters case. He was able to get through to immigration and get her a greencard. He worked fast and kept us informed. For a young guy, he sure knew exactly what he was doing. My husband Jon and I were very impressed by his efforts. We look forward to having him help me... with my naturalization case.

Immigration Law Service at its Best!

I was recently married to a Mexican National in early 2009 and needed to start with the immigration process for residency. I knew of Mr Sanchez and Driggs Law firm and decided to start with the paperwork. My wife and I met with Yasser and he was so patient in explaining what to expect and detailed ex...actly what we needed to do. I had many questions and he was always just an email or phone call away. He was with us every step of the way and I was amazed at how smoothly everything went and how quickly the paperwork was processed. My wife was able to get her green card and now we are going through the process again for our 11 year old daughter. I cannot thank Yasser enough for everything he has done and would suggest if you are looking for an immigration attorney to not look anywhere else.

Nightmare

I hired attorney Sanchez to extend my Conditional green card then file to remove conditions as I was in the process of filling for a divorce. The first phase of extending was granted. I was waiting for the divorce to go through as I had limited time, I had to publish the divorce etc... so I finally... got my final divorce decree and took it to this attorney to submit to USCIS as it was the ONLY thing I needed to submit otherwise the conditions would not be removed. A few months later.. I get a call from Attorney Sanchez informing me that my case was NOT granted and I was in removal Proceedings and I would need at least $5,000 deposit for him to fight this judgement. I hired another Attorney who found out that my divorce decree had NOT been submitted and that is I had been put on removal proceedings. It took me 2 years to finally close my removal case and it was all because the new lawyer and the judge emphasized with how attorney Sanchez had FAILED me.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! I called this office and explained my reason for visit 1 week ago. Next day I received a call that the attorney would like you to schedule an appointment to discuss. I was also advised to bring cash $ 100 for consultation fee. I took time off from work to visit this ...office. Payed consultation fee upfront. YASSER SANCHEZ enters walks in with an intern and introduces me to her and did not even ask me if it’s ok to discuss legal matter in front of his intern. The next thing he mentions that there is not much he can offer as his law firm does not help with visitors visas. He states “ IT’S EMBARRASSING TO EVEN SEEK AN OPINION ON THIS MATTER AS THERE IS SOMETHING LIKE GOOGLE PEOPLE CAN USE TO SEEK ANSWERS”. I question if this attorney knew what I was coming in for and that he would be of not much help...why would he waste my time? I have dealt with other attorneys in past on legal matters but I have never come across someone who is as insensible and non-professional as YASSER SANCHEZ. From my experience I conclude he is just there for his consultation fee (in CASH) and not to help people who are troubled with immigration issues. If GOOGLE is the answer to legal matters then people can find answers/opinions on all legal matters. Why do we even need attorneys? I took my time to write this so no one else has to go through the same experience.
