Outcome: Judge ruled that father's income was actually $21,498 mo., causing C/S to go from $1759 per month to $3198 per month. Father also ordered to pay $400 month towards arrearage. Also obtained judgment against father for mother’s attorney’s fees.

Description: Father is self-employed contractor. Child support was initially set by divorce judge in 2009 based on father having $6500 month income. In July, 2010, Father filed subsequent petition to modify child support, claiming his income had been reduced to $3500 month. We subpoenaed his bank records directly from the bank. Presented new information to the Judge and obtained Order for forensic accounting of father by CPA at father's expense.
