Timothy W. Steadman grew up primarily in Arizona and has strong ties to the local community.  He attended a local high school and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University before completing law school at Brigham Young University.


 


Mr. Steadman is married and has 3 children.  He enjoys participating in a variety of sports and outdoor activities including hiking, backpacking, cycling, swimming, running, and hunting.


 


Mr. Steadman was admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona in 2003.  He worked for small firm in Chandler for nearly 3 years before opening his own firm in July of 2006.  Mr. Steadman's primary practice areas are family law and bankruptcy.  He has represented clients in a wide variet of family law cases including complex divorces, highly contested child custody matters, adoptions, guardianships, and juvenile court matters.  Mr. Steadman also has extensive experience representing clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
