Adam has represented homeowners, real estate professionals, title companies, lenders, landlords, tenants and contractors. Adam has assisted clients in matters involving: trustee's sales, judicial foreclosures, creditor's rights in bankruptcy, residential/commercial purchase contracts, commission disputes, easements, residential/commercial leases, licensing issues, land subdivision, title issues, zoning issues, property taxes, construction defects and mechanic's liens. Personal: Adam is married with four children. Outside the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and going to his kids' activities. Adam has lived in Italy, and he speaks Italian fluently.
