I represented an ex-husband on a custody challenge after entry of a divorce decree. The ex-wife challenged his paternity. It turned out he was not the biological father, The trial court ruled against us, but on appeal, both the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court ruled in our favor, reversing the trial court.
