There are no words to say how much I have appreciated Jami Goldman. My first experience, within a 2 day notice before my court hearing, she had all the facts practically memorized for court!….then I met her in person for the very first time only 30 min before the hearing! I am not familiar with court proceedings and was very nervous to respond, yet she was able to open the conversation, gave me simple directions to answer questions & fill in everything else needed! So awesome! 4 months later when she was out of work on an injury, remembering my previous case, (again with only 2 days notice) she agreed to take my new extension via audio call from her home….to the court hearing…..with me on the 3 way call! If that wasn’t impressive enough (out on an injury), she compiled all the info I submitted, asked a few additional questions & drafted 13 Exhibits to the court just 1 day before court. The documents were so overwhelming the other party realized it was not in his favor to appear for court! I don’t want to give her too glowing of a recommendation, because I don’t want her to be overbooked if I need her help on short notice again! But in all honesty…..she is the best!

I don't know where to start when talking about Jami. This was my first "lawyer" experience, and I really didn't know what to expect. I had always heard more negatives than positives about lawyers. However, Jami IS DEFINATELY a positive. She is very trustworthy, she tells you what to expect, and how to handle it. She would ask my opinion first when a situation would come up that required a decision. When I would give my response, she would discuss my thoughts as well as her thoughts and we would come up with a good answer. Jami really cares. She has a kind heart...but, let me tell you, she can be tough when she needs to be. She not afraid of tackling anything. She runs to the fire, not away from it. I would trust Jami's lead in any situation. That is why I never question recommending her to friends and family. The response when asking about Jami Goldman is usually the same: SHE IS AWESOME!! I wish Jami all the best life has to offer her. She is deserving.

I recently had to deal with a facetious Injunction filed against my family. Having never been to court for anything more than a traffic ticket, I was extremely nervous. So, I asked a few friends if they had a lawyer they would recommend. A number of them recommended Jami Goldman. I gave Jami a call and she set aside some time to meet me & my wife. Within minutes of meeting Jami, my nerves were calmed. She was extremely polite. She listened to my concerns without interrupting. All my life I was under the impression that Lawyers were there to just 'tell you how it is'. This was not the case with Jami. She took my concerns legitimately to heart. As I explained things, she took notes. Not once did I ever feel as though she wasn't listening to me. She never checked her phone or laptop during our consult. In other words, I had her attention 100%. After explaining my situation, she asked for some more details. As we conversed back and forth, she explained how the court process would work at the hearing. She then fully explained the law in regards to Injunctions. She gave me explicit laws and explanations of terms & verbiage. I mean, let's be realistic, I don't speak legal mumbo-jumbo. However, she was able to break the law down to layman's terms which I could understand. After explaining the laws in ways I could understand, she came up with a game plan for me to take into court. This included advice such as 'Ensure you take a picture of this' or 'Make a copy of this police report for the Judge'. She recommended and advised things I had never even considered. After my consult with Jami, I was relieved I sought legal council. The game plan we developed was solid, I fully understood it & I had a firm grasp of the law when it comes to injunctions. When I say 'We came up with', I mean 'We'. She included me & my wife in the entire process. If I ever need a lawyer for a consult or to outright hire, I will call Jami right away. She has a client for life. Oh did I mention I won my court case? It wouldn't have been possible without Jami! Thank you Jami!
