I received a speeding citation in Yavapai County and the Yarnell Justice Court was very unreasonable with the charges. After dealing with the DA, I was presented with a plea that i felt was ridiculous (especially considering i hadn't had a citation in nearly 7 years!). The first attorney I got a cons...ultation from wanted nothing to do with the case and even told me "take the plea because it is probably the best offer you'll get".
