I received a speeding citation in Yavapai County and the Yarnell Justice Court was very unreasonable with the charges. After dealing with the DA, I was presented with a plea that i felt was ridiculous (especially considering i hadn't had a citation in nearly 7 years!). The first attorney I got a cons...ultation from wanted nothing to do with the case and even told me "take the plea because it is probably the best offer you'll get". The second attorney advised me that he wouldn't be comfortable taking my case either. But, referred me to Tyler Allen.
