Best Dui Defense Attorneys

Highly Recommend Sean McNally as your Dui Defense attorney at Suzuki Law firm. Sean deserves more than a 5 star rating. Sean was very professional, polite, funny, straight forward and best of all he knew what he talking about and doing, because of Sean’s hard work, knowledge & dedication on my case i...t lead to a Dismissal of all charges. Sean Made sure I was confortable in every, in person meeting and always reminded me to not stress and that he had my back and he did! Also their front desk assistant Merissa did a phenomenal job always answered every phone call in a timely polite manner and always had the information I needed. Best part at the end of the court hearing Sean reminded me if anything els comes up on my case he is just a phone call away. Once again Thank you Sean McNally for going above and beyond and getting my case dismissed I can not thank you enough!

High Praise for Suzuki Law Firm and Sean McNally

After 5 months my son finally has this ordeal behind him, and his mom and I can breathe a bit easier. A potential DUI certainly is not one of life's great tragedies, but in my son's case it certainly had the potential to disrupt a large part of what he has dreamed of the many years. Sean (McNally)... we are grateful for all you have done, and the resolution you negotiated was even better than I believe any of us was expecting. From the first meeting you were direct, and forthright but also compassionate towards my son and what was at stake for him. You took the time to get to know my son, and maybe a bit about our family. Through the entire ordeal you treated him (and me) with respect. You and your paralegal Merissa were always timely in your response and kept us updated when appropriate on what was happening. wrongfully accused of a crime

I was wrongfully accused of a crime. I've never been in trouble with the law or been in court my entire life. so needless to say it was very stressful for me. I had no idea how any of this worked. after some research I decided to set up a consultation with Sean M. McNally of SUZUKI LAW OFFICES in Tuc...son he was very good at explaining things to me in layman's terms how everything works helped make me feel more relaxed with the situation and less stressed. I decided to hire him on the spot. they told me they would do everything they could to keep me from having to go to court. and that I may never have to go into court and that indeed ended up being the case. they attended all my court hearings for me and in the end, they had my case dismissed within a few months. any questions I had were very promptly answered via e-mail and phone. in the end, I was very happy with their services and if I ever find myself in a similar situation I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney thanks again Sean Doug and Marissa appreciate you guys

Colin O'Sullivan of Suzuki Law Offices diligently advocated for my son, was attentive, prompt and effective.

Colin O'Sullivan of Suzuki Law Offices diligently advocated for my son, was attentive, prompt and effective as his criminal defense attorney. On one matter he got him completely exonerated with charges dropped, and on another matter he negotiated a plea deal to protect him from an emotionally charged... case with stacked evidence that could have resulted in long term multi-decade sentencing if taken to trial. Colin is understanding, respectful and honorable protecting not only my son's rights but also cares and does his best to make a positive difference. He also successfully worked to get my son concurrent sentencing limiting the time he will serve. The bottom line is that I am thankful to Collin O'Sullivan and Mr. Suzuki for the work they do and protection of my son's rights. There is a saying that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
