Outstanding lawyer
I was terminated from my job as a long term executive at a large corporation. I hired Mr. Flemming to represent in this matter. I was extremely impressed with not only his knowledge of employment law but his ability to patiently walk me through all of my options. Ultimately, I was able to settle this matter with the assistance of Mr. Flemming. I can highly recommend Mr. Flemming for employment matters.

Excellent Attorney
I recently had a very complicated employment matter which I sought the advice of Mr. Flemming. First of all, Mr. Flemming seemed very experienced and had a great deal of knowledge of the law and my circumstances. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He turned something that was very bleak into something that was positive for me. Thank you

Very professional and knowledgeable
I approached Phil regarding my equal pay and discrimination case against a large corporation, after I had a prior conversation with another firm. Because of that, I had a general idea of what were the possible legal venues available in my situation. Phil laid out similar options. Unlike the other firm, I felt that Phil was more confident and had more experience in dealing with large corporations that have a very robust legal team and a strong process to deny any wrong doing. Phil was very professional (a bit cold), but I felt it was appropriate for his role. I felt that I had a very strong case and plenty of supporting documentation. After listening attentively to my situation, Phil put a very detailed demand letter together, laying out the events and including eloquently the laws governing the situation. After a lengthy process, while the company investigated the events, they came back with a very low-ball settlement offer. Phil was instrumental in negotiating a deal and listening to my concerns. It is unfortunate that it is legal for companies to force employees into Arbitration Agreements as a condition of employment and basically force employees into forfeiting their legal rights. Because of that, I don’t feel that the law was enforced, however I do feel that Phil did a good job of listening to my concerns (while keeping an impartial stance) and he did a good job representing me and negotiating in my behalf. While the desired outcome for me would have been fairness and change in the illegal practices displayed by some of the leaders of the corporation, a settlement was reached. As everyone treated unfairly knows, money does not substitute fairness, but it’s what the corporations prefer to offer, instead of accepting responsibility and implementing change.

Trusted Legal Counsel
My husband and I recently sought out Phil's legal counsel regarding a commercial lease dispute we were having with our new landlord. We were impressed with Phil's expediency, knowledge and expertise. He was able to point out the strengths and weaknesses of both arguments and he guided us all quickly to a resolution that left all parties on good terms - which is rare in these cases. Phil's high level of integrity coupled with his expertise makes him our most trusted legal counselor.

Strongly recommend Phil Flemming for HR related legal advice/services
My experience with Mr. Flemming and his staff was extremely positive. When in a difficult situation, getting the best advice and support available can make the difference as to whether the outcome is successful or simply mediocre. The outcome of my situation ended in the best possible way which was due in large part to Mr. Flemming's ability to focus on what was important, communicate it well and fully, and his negotiation skills with the other party. I knew that when he said he was working on something he was, he advised me on changes and gave solid advice on what to do next, and was strategic about how to handle the inevitable highs and lows when working toward a resolution. I felt fortunate that the complaint was handled and settled without having to go to court or other agencies. Ending a long standing relationship often brings heighted emotions especially when it is an organization that one has great respect for and a job that had been a truly satisfying experience. Sometimes though, with management changes, the situation can change. Mr. Flemming understood that and was very kind to me, but most importantly, was extremely professional as he represented my viewpoint to the organization. When he shared the first draft of the letter that would be sent to inform my employer of the situation, I knew that I had made the right decision when hiring Mr. Flemming to represent me. It set the tone for the situation going forward and kept discussions moving along. Every interaction with him and his staff were handled with the same professionalism. Mr. Flemming has my strongest recommendation. I hope to not use his services again, but wouldn't hesitate should the need arise.

EEOC Review
I was pleased with the service that Mr Flemming provided. He was very responsive and very informative in a very timely manor. Mr. Fleming also was very understanding when discussing the case and had quite a bit of knowledge in the field discussed. I was very apprehensive to seek counsel based on my previous experience with an Attorney that ripped me off but have to say that Mr Flemming did a great job with coming fairly close to his fees that were quoted. I would recommend MR Flemming and would retain him again if ever needed. Thank you .

Wrongful Termination - Protected Class - Recovering Alcolholic
I was smart enough to contact Phil's office immediately after my termination. Luckily for me they had me meet with Phil Fleming that afternoon. Phil was understanding, compassionate to my situation, and came across as very knowledgeable and experienced. I decided immediately to hire him to represent me. Typically, I perform a considerable amount of due diligence and research before I make such a decision, but it was clear to me that I found the right counselor and attorney to represent me and my interests. Phil always took my call, and responded quickly to my emails. Phil always had time to speak to me and communicate with me. When Phil called me, he would always ask "is this a good time for you to talk for a few minutes?" As a professional, I appreciated that he was ensuring that I was available to discuss the details of my case. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the demand letter that Phil drafted for that we sent to my employer. Phil was able to capture the essence of the harassment that I experienced and endured based on interviewing me and reading the evidence that I provided. Our second letter that accompanied the lawsuit that we were going to file definitely let my employer know that "we meant business!" I was in a "David vs. Goliath" situation and we managed to prove our point and obtain a fair settlement for me...much better than what they were offering. Phil also provided great counsel in that he guided me and told me when it was time to take the settlement, rather than me spend more money and not get anymore in settlement. Therefore I found Phil to be honest and trustworthy. I was so impressed with Phil, his work that he performed on my behalf, and his overall personality that I took him to lunch to say "thank you" for that service. I now consider Phil to be a friend and he is now the only attorney that I would turn to again if needed, and he is the attorney that I would recommend to my friends or colleagues that were facing a similar workplace legal matter. It is with great appreciation for Phil that I am writing this review for him, and I endorse him fully at 100% as an excellent attorney. Phil will do a great job for you. Sincerely, A Satisfied Professional in a suburb of Phoenix, M.B.A.

Phil Flemming ADA Representation
Phil was very attentive to my needs. Sometimes it was hard to articulate what I needed to say. Phil was able to interpret and verbalize my thoughts. Phil showed compassion towards my case and I feel like he truly cared about my health and wellbeing. Phil executed to what needed to happen with my case and I am very pleased with the results. Phil’s staff was pleasant and easy to work with. All correspondences were answered and responded to promptly. It was a pleasure working with Phil. I will recommend him to my friends and family in the future.

Negotiating final package with employer
After 11 years with my employer, I was informed that my position would be retired and was offered a package that included a transition period, stock buyout, and severance. Being an executive with the company for so long, I felt the offer was very weak. Additionally, I thought there may be some wrongdoing so I decided to hire Phil. Hiring an attorney was the best decision I made and Phil was the right guy for the job. He had empathy for my situation and his extensive experience in employment law gave me an edge in getting the package that I deserved. Our goal at the beginning was to get a certain dollar amount as severance that would help me pay for the attorney and provide income while I found a new job. The results were much better than expected. I got more severance, a longer transition period, and they waived the repayment of some salary that they claimed I was overpaid. Phil handled all communication with the company and got them to understand it was in their best interest to make me happy. I got more than what I wanted and all parties were happy! I heartily recommend Phil for helping negotiate with employers.

Delicate Employment Negotiation
I was scheduled for my annual review at work involving--what else? Dollars. The boss and I disagreed over the numbers. I retained Phil and we compared strategies. Phil negotiated with the boss over several days. Phil got a good result! Thanks for being there when I needed top notch legal services. Greg W.

Good Strategist & Patient with Client
Phil was very good about learning my motivations for filing a lawsuit against a former employee and learning the professional relationships and nuances of my industry. His patience came in handy when I would frequently contact him with ideas of various approaches to our case. I appreciate his candid assessments of my case after each step in the process and encounter with defendants counsel. In the end we didn’t take the case to trial but accepted a settlement which I can live with and move on with my life. I will be hiring Phil again in the near future to help me with an employment contract.

Strong advocate for our organization
We are a large member-driven organization; when we have needed Phil he was there for us. His knowledge of contracts and ability to guide our corporate board was phenomenal. The paperwork issues were always in order and the intangibles like preparing our officers for the courtroom setting were superb. He has our complete confidence.

Good Representation for Employment Law
I had Phil represent me with an employment law issue. Phil negotiated a decent settlement with my employer, who was difficult to work with, therefore the negotiations took longer. Phil kept me informed throughout the process. He was also knowledgeable on what could be negotiated. I don't think I would have ended up with a decent settlement if I had not had legal representation. I recommend working with Phil.
