I couldn't be happier. I got hit with a DUI as well as a multitude of other charges on my birthday of this year. I got charged with a DUI for my medical marijuana when I smoked 5+ hours before I even drove my vehicle; and the Tempe police still hit me with a DUI. I got hit with a DUI for swerving bec...ause I couldn't see the road well since I didn't have my glasses, but I was upfront with the officer and informed him I smoked earlier that day and that was all it took to be put in handcuffs. I thought my life was over. I am 20 and I don't deserve to have a DUI-drugs on my record; especially forever. Luckily I was able to get a plea deal for reckless driving as well as 24 hrs in jail, 16 hrs of drug classes & Traffic Survival School and 90 days of a suspended license.
