First, I’d like to start by saying Shannon and Daniel are the absolute dream team to secure. My previous experience with a different law firm was such a disappointment. They were a hassle to get in touch with and I felt like just another number. When I had my phone consultation with Shan...non, I knew right away I wanted her in my corner. She advocated for my best interest even when I lacked self confidence. As a more conservative and easy going person, I needed a pit pull type lawyer who was going to go to bat for me. Shannon is intelligent, straight forward, and goes the extra mile to communicate issues with the other party. I knew I made the right choice within the first week of securing their representation. I needed immediate advise on how to handle a situation with the opposing party. I emailed her on a holiday weekend around 9pm and she replied within ten minutes. I had the privilege of working with both Daniel and Shannon, they are both excellent lawyers. The custody case resolved better than I could have ever hoped for. If I should require representation in the future I will contact them and refer everyone I know to them. I never felt like just another number with them, they genuinely cared about resolving my case and encouraged me to get what I deserved. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Daniel during my recent hearing. From day one, I couldn't have been happier with my experience working with Daniel and his entire team he has working alonside him. Obviously, I realize that I am not Daniel's only client that he was working with at the time, but he always made me feel like I was his only client! It seemed like he took a personal interest in my case and saw it through to the very end. His ability to listen and communicate with me was critical in my choice in hiring his firm.
