Excellent Attorney - Highly Recommend

Aaron was referred to us by another criminal defense lawyer and we could not have had a better experience, given the circumstances. Aaron was 100% professional, great communicator and not once did we feel unclear about what was happening in our case. He kept the punishment to the minimum and had the ...case reduced from mandatory prison to probation. There was no jail time and we got less probation than requested by the state and probation department. The felony will be reduced to a misdemeanor. I would highly recommend Aaron Black to anyone in need!

Aaron skillfully navigated our son’s case, resulting in a reduction from a super extreme DUI to a regular DUI. Remarkably, the jail sentence was minimized from 45 days to just 5 days, with no home detention required. Additionally, he successfully negotiated a substantial reduction in fines, from a base of $3700 to $1500, and was able to significantly reduce the interlock requirement from 18 months to just 6 months. Excellent Attorney - My Extreme DUI down to a Regular DUI

I got myself into some trouble with the law while driving intoxicated. You know ~ You think you’re okay to drive but really are not. Breathalyzer .19, blood also came back as .19 - Extreme DUI. I knew I was in big trouble. When searching for a DUI attorney I interviewed several high-end firms, I d...idn’t feel comfortable with any of them in their high-rise buildings & too many attorney’s walking around. A friend of mine had some other attorney friends, and she asked them who they recommend for a DUI attorney. They all said Aaron Black will do the best job for you. When I interviewed Aaron, I also had my brother on the 3-way call just so I have another opinion. My brother and I felt very comfortable with Aaron and felt he would do the best job. Aaron kept me very informed on every process, he was always accessible through email or text. Aaron would also call me and leave messages with all the updates. The results after my final court date: 1. Aaron brought my Extreme DUI charge down to a regular DUI charge. 2. Aaron had me prepared for court with the completion of alcohol classes & screening and because of this, the Judge waived $600.00 in jail fees. 3. Jail went from 30 days to 1 night. 4. Home detention deleted. 5. Base fines were reduced from $2700. to $1500. I was extremely happy with the results. Thank you Aaron, for all the work you have done on my case. The absolute best of the best!

Aaron Black is hands down the absolute BEST attorney I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few.) If you are looking for an incredibly competent, knowledgable, trustworthy lawyer - he is the one! Aaron helped me in the very difficult situation with the law. He was able to get my case... reduced from a second time extreme DUI (120 straight days in jail) to a first time extreme, jail went from 120 days to 15 days, reduced fine, community service etc. I was able to work with Aaron directly (he did not hand my case off to an associate, like other attorneys sometimes do.) He was upfront and honest with me from the get go and was always reachable and called/emailed back promptly. If you ever find yourself making a mistake and ending up in an unfortunate circumstance, you will want Aaron in your corner. He will fight tooth and nail to provide you with the best outcome possible, which is so incredibly helpful in personal stressful situations like these. I am forever thankful beyond words for how much Aaron Black helped me. You really need an attorney like him when going through such circumstances. I cannot thank Aaron enough for not only helping me out so much, but for being an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney! Great lawyer

Aaron Black is an amazing lawyer that helped me feel more confident navigating the DUI process. I had an extreme DUI, open container, and phone use while driving charge. He was able to get a plea for me as a regular DUI. I was also extremely embarrassed about my DUI and he did not make me feel asham...ed for the crime. Super helpful overall and I would recommend.
